How long does my order take?

Every piece is made to order. Carving and sanding take 7-10 days, we send you a photo for approval, then finishing, crating and delivery take about 2 weeks.

Is shipping really free?

Yes - standard freight shipping to any address in the contiguous United States is included in the price.

Can I choose the size or wood tone?

Most pieces offer several sizes and finishes right on the product page. For anything custom, send us a message before you order and we will tell you what is possible.

Where are your pieces made?

We design and select every piece, and each order is handcrafted by our partner artisan workshops in Vietnam and China, then shipped directly to you with tracking.

Refund policy

Returns & refunds

Because every piece is made to order for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We do stand behind everything we build.

Before your piece ships

You can change the size, finish or wood tone, or cancel for a full refund, at any time before you approve the finishing photos. Email info@jiasenjinshu.com and we will update or cancel the order.

After delivery

If your piece arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what you approved, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will repair it, replace it, or refund it — your choice. Return shipping for approved claims is on us.

Natural material

Solid wood is a living material: grain pattern, colour depth, small knots and hairline checks are expected characteristics of handcrafted solid wood, not defects.
