How long does my order take?

Every piece is made to order. Carving and sanding take 7-10 days, we send you a photo for approval, then finishing, crating and delivery take about 2 weeks.

Is shipping really free?

Yes - standard freight shipping to any address in the contiguous United States is included in the price.

Can I choose the size or wood tone?

Most pieces offer several sizes and finishes right on the product page. For anything custom, send us a message before you order and we will tell you what is possible.

Where are your pieces made?

We design and select every piece, and each order is handcrafted by our partner artisan workshops in Vietnam and China, then shipped directly to you with tracking.

Free U.S. shipping on every piece. We build to order and ship to addresses inside the United States only.

Made to order

Every piece is cut, carved and finished after you order. Typical production time is about 3–4 weeks, plus 7–10 business days in transit. Larger pieces and multi-item orders may take a little longer; we will confirm the timeline by email when the order is placed.

Photo approval before finishing

Before the final finish goes on we send you photos of your piece. Nothing ships until you reply with your OK.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves the workshop you receive a tracking number by email. Deliveries are curbside by default; for large casegoods we will contact you to arrange a delivery window.

Damaged in transit

Please inspect the crate on arrival and note any visible damage with the carrier. Then email info@jiasenjinshu.com within 48 hours with photos and we will repair or replace the piece at no cost to you.
